I was on call on Friday.. and, as usual,, was operating from 8 in the morning till 5:30 am on Saturday.. I had a rest at 2-3 am on saturday morning.. Thats it... 6 oclock on saturday morning, i had to hop onto the hospital van and go to Penang for a short course on operative exposures..

Eventually.. Slept in the Van on the way there, slept during the course, started having a headache at 12pm, continued the course in the afternoon doing cadeveric dissection, fell asleep everywhere... ha ha ha!! on top of all that, stomach ache when we stopped over at Juru while returning to Ipoh.. ha ha.. just tahan, didn't go to shit anywhere.. reached home at 6:30 pm.. Wife cooked dinner. Bathed, ate dinner and by 9pm, sleeping already.. till 7 am today..
Ha ha!!

I was just telling my friend.. if dive putra... sure fall asleep at the wheel already la!! ha ha ha ha ha
Now, to use this expression as an idiom, there has to be a situation in which something bad caused by another person becomes worse because of them.
